Job Vacancy: Kitchens Sales Designer at Magnet Kitchens
Are you passionate about sales and design? Magnet in the Sears showroom is looking for a creative and target-driven Kitchen Sales Designer to join their expert team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the full customer journey, from showroom consultation to final installation. You will be designing bespoke, beautiful kitchens while delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.
We are looking for a confident individual with experience in showroom sales, a strong focus on customer service, and a drive to hit targets. While sales experience is key, no prior kitchen design experience is necessary, as Magnet provides an industry-leading training program to give you all the skills you need to succeed.
This role offers a base salary of £26,550 with uncapped commission (realistic OTE of circa £50,000+), plus excellent benefits including a generous staff discount and a guaranteed monthly bonus in your first year. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekends are required.
